The worst experience ever!! Bad customer service!! I bought everything for my house here and I regret it ! Everything came broken and not what I wanted!! To change it was a big issue!! And they tell you , you have 3 years of guaranteed that cover anything and it’s not true !! Right now they giving me millions of excuses not fixed it !!

I could not be more thrilled with my experience at US furniture. We originally went to US furniture after going to many other different furniture stores and not being able to find what we were looking for. The first time we went, we were SO pleased with our interactions with Eli. At every other furniture store we had been to, we felt that the furniture salesmen were pushy and overbearing, but not here! Eli cares so much that we love everything we purchase that on many occasions he even told us NOT to purchase certain things because he didn't think that they would fit with our vision for our space. He even encouraged us to take time to think about our decision before buying rather than making a decision on a whim, which just shows how much he cares that we're happy. We first purchased a couch, chair, and bedframe from US furniture. We were so happy with the quality of what we purchased that we then went back to buy an entire bedroom set. Everyone who comes to our home compliments us on our furniture and how well everything fits together. Every time we go to US furniture I feel that Eli genuinely cares that we have a good experience and wants us to be happy with everything we buy. I have the utmost confidence that if we were not happy with an item that we purchased, he would do everything in his power to make it right. I feel really lucky that we stumbled upon US furniture and plan to buy as much of our furniture from here as we can in the future. Thank you Eli!
I read the reviews after I purchased my sofa bed. I was then extremely nervous and regretted my purchase even though Barrack guaranteed my delivery by a certain date. Well, the sofa bed came to me earlier than expected and it was in great condition. The delivery men were very nice and helpful. My only concern is that I was never called with the delivery date/time. I was lucky I was home.
