It was a great experience. Drivers called to let me know exactly when then would be here. They were quick and very efficient. I was estactic to receive my delivery today. Love the furniture. Sales help was great too. Very knowledgeable.
Bob’s furniture was great I would recommend them to anyone. My experience was awesome. They had a text message delivery system you can track the vehicle during your delivery. They send you an active email where you can click on for status of your delivery. Bobs actually calls you prior to their arrival. There time for delivery was spot on and was actually earlier than I expected. They set up the equipment and they also demonstrated how it works everything was perfect they were very professional and very quick. Thank you Bob!!

Sales person was great! She let us walk on our own, look at everything and then let us come to her when we were ready. Never felt suffocated by her which usually when you walk into similar places that’s all they do.
Just bought our bed here. William was our sales person and he was amazing! I can't say enough about his fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend this furniture for anyone looking for both quality and good price.
