As with many furniture stories, this one is quite complicated. Went in to Jennifer with a very particular set of criteria for a new sofa. After 2 hours of back and forth with the salesman, we FINALLY found something (in a catalog). Special ordered the piece. 2 months later, it finally arrived... with several factory defects in the fabric. Ok, ok, not necessarily Jennifer's fault. The manufacturer should have caught that. The manager at Jennifer's Orange location was so helpful throughout the entire process of filing for a replacement. Despite the corporate bureaucracy, he kept putting pressure on my behalf. Awaiting the replacement in the coming weeks. Very happy they have been so helpful. The original sofa is beautiful (other than the defects).

Awful! Purchased a set of couches. Within a year, they are ripping. Called customer service to have a RUDE employee hang up on me after saying it's no longer under warranty. Just hung up on me as I'm asking questions. Horrible service and cheap quality
