Kid at the paint desk did not mix my paint sample and gave me the a sample of paint from Valspar when the color I wanted was Sherman Williams. Thanks Latrel for making me shake a tiny paint container for twenty minutes, you rock! By the way I saw you try to give it a little shake when you realized you did not turn the machine on while extracting the sample.
Had to go to 2 different Lowes to get wheelbarrow handles. They didn't have the nuts/bolts to attach nearby & the person in hardware was nice but really didn't have a clue. I'm going to end up getting those from Home Depot where I would have gotten the handles if the price was better.
Take the extra time and drive to a home depot. I don't know how these employees even have the energy and brain power to find their way to work.
They have everything I need. However, it's difficult to get any assistance in the electrical department I've had this problem there more than once at this particular Lowe's.
Probably the worst lowes I ever been to. People at customer service every time I went there were chatting and literally ignored me after I explained an issue with an order. They started talking about their car insurance! Very rude and disgusting people working here.
