He bought a car from me for $350 in march 2017. He hasnt paid me for it. He had it plannes and towed away because it was not running properly. And NOW HE DOSNT WANT TO PAY FOR IT. it was sold as is to a mechannic who came and looked at it was told it had heavy thick white smoke come out so much when u dribe it u cant see and it needed a head gasket or cover. But he says now all this time later. The motor is now blown hes not paying.
