5 star rating for Dr. DiBerardino. Dr. D Was very kind and understanding, and reassured me prior to my dog's dental work and tooth extractions. He even called during the procedure to explain what he was going to do. My girl was back to herself in no time, with no complications.
We took our golden retriever puppy to Orange Veterinary Hospital for the first time a few days ago, for what looked like a cut on her paw. Prior to going to Orange Veterinary Hospital, we were taking her for her routine care to a large animal hospital in Milford, where we felt she was receiving impersonal and somewhat indifferent care. Well, it was very different at Orange hospital! The atmosphere here is calm, caring and friendly. The vet tech (Unfortunately I can't recall her name) was very helpful, patient, and a good listener. Dr. DiBeradino diagnosed our girl with contact dermatitis on her paw, and clearly explained the treatment. He then listened carefully when we told him she had a history of conjunctivitis, and that we were concerned because it seemed like at times she couldn't see well to retrieve her toys. He didn't dismiss us as being over-anxious or anything; instead he looked in her eyes and noticed some flecks of pigment in them, stating that he wasn't able to clearly see the lens. Since Golden Retrievers are prone to a syndrome that can cause some serious issues with vision, he referred us to a specialist in veterinary opthamology. This is a doctor who is knowledgeable, focused, and engaged with his patient and the owners. Five stars!
My husband and I recently moved to the area from Tampa, FL and looking for the perfect vet was hard to do, considering we left a pretty terrific practice. We found the perfect match with Orange Veterinary Hospital. The nurse and doctor were so friendly and extremely professional. They really seemed to care about the well being of our dog, Sadie and made both of us feel really comfortable from the beginning. My husband and I are so glad that we chose Orange Veterinary Hospital as our dogs primary care vet.
Everyone was professional, kind and attentive. Our puppy received excellent care and attention and we had no concerns leaving him at the office when necessary. We were also kept informed and the veterinarian returned our calls promptly.
My dogs have been patients for 13 yrs. We have had only positive experiences. Even when we have been through tough situations they are so understanding and comforting with me, my husband and my children. I couldn’t imagine bringing my babies anywhere else. The Dr. , groomer and staff are all so wonderful.
