Many trails to hike, many cabins, large pavilion, restrooms. You can cook out, play ball, fish, great place for scout units.
This campground hits the perfect balance of rustic and convenient. The bathroom facilities are excellent, and the cabins are comfortable and well maintained. They even have real mattresses, not cots. Plenty of space for tenting as well. There are some lovely water features, including a brook. There are nature trails for hiking that connect to a nearby nature preserve. Plenty of pavilions and outbuildings for group activities, and a recently redone fire pit/circle that is amazing! I attend a yearly event here every August and am in love with the feel of Cedarcrest.

Camp Cedarcrest is an AMAZING place! I recently planned an event for over 40 girls there and we had the most incredible time. It is the perfect place to detach from the hecticness of life. The woods are beautiful and the cabins are perfect for any group!Jacob and the entire staff were nothing but helpful!! They accommodated everything we needed while still allowing us to pick what activities and what areas we wanted to use. I cannot even explain how happy everyone who attended our event was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
