New to Connecticut, I originally purchased a mattress from the chain store Sleepy's However, even after an exchange, because the second mattress was no better than the first, I decided to nix the chain store since their policies and what they practiced were SO contradictory. I then went exploring to find an independent dealer. When I went to America's Mattress and told Peter my dilemma he listened to each concern and immediately searched for a mattress that meet my needs. Unlike the chain store with a policy of a few weeks to sleep test a mattress; at America's Mattress I had FOUR months. Not realizing I actually needed a much firmer mattress than I originally expected; after two months I meet up with Peter to change the mattress. And with only needing to pay the difference for the upgrade I had my NEW mattress within the week. Forget the chain stores, get personal service you deserve at America's Mattress!!!
