Sales associate went way above and beyond what I expected, he changed my car battery, cleaned the corrosion off the posts and explained everything he was doing the entire time. Your price beat Firestone by $80 and Advanced Auto by $20. And I didn't even know you carried Auto batteries!
Ordering and picking up the battery was absolutely wonderful. The In-store sales person was extremely helpful. However, I am less than thrilled with the performance of the battery. I followed the directions of fully charging the battery before using and disconnecting as soon as it reached 100 percent. Much to my dismay, however, the performance is about the same, maybe even a little worse than the battery that I replaced. I will recharge one more time to see if the battery has to be "trained." but if performance does not improve, I will return for another replacement.
It was great doing business with this store. I needed a battery for my Iphone6, and although I also love the Apple Store, I was going to have to leave my phone to get the battery installed. Everyone is customer service oriented at this store. Their online appointment service is right on and the price right. I hope your experience is as good as mine.
