Amazing customer service. Every time i bring my vehicle in for services weather it’s a car wash, oil change, new brakes. i always feel as if a family member took care of my vehicle.
Very healthful and customer oriented. Main lobby is very clean and comfortable, Jessie at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. Jessie went over all of the pricing and everything that was going to be done to my vehicle in great detail and didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. 10/10 I’d let them rub my car down again
That place is like a trip to another universe the attitudes there are horrible. where should i start. the receptionist there thinks that it is OK in her place of employment to talk about her political views and her personal life around customers with her coworkers. When she did stop flapping her gums about things that we as customers do not care about and you asked her a question, she didn't want to be bothered with actually helping the customers at all. Now I want to tell you about the so called manager John or Johnny. he was the worst, he uses his job to make advance on women and tries to get phone numbers from the female customers. I guess he thinks that women do not know much about cars so lets hit on them. I also witnessed him be very aggressive and intolerable with a gentleman from the LGBT community, like really this is 2017 where do you get off snubbing your nose at someone with a different sexual orientation than yours. If he is the type of manager that this place has I will tell my friends and co-workers to stay away from there, they should be sued for the way he reacted toward that gentleman. Oh and my car wasn't even detailed that well to boot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANT STAND THAT PLACE WILL NEVER GO BACK. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
I really like using this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and they seem pretty honest. My new go to place for oil changes and car washes.
I would give no stars if it was possible. I went in for a broken water pump, they broke off one of my mirrors, messed with my timing belt, which had to be replaced, broke my radiator, somehow messed with my brakes, broke my power steering pump, drained all my fluids, put the wrong coolant in, and installed the wrong pump in the first place. Also my transmission now needs service. What should have been an easy $300 fix ended up being over $2,000 in damages. Do not bring your car here ever. Ever. I normally wouldn’t post complaints but it is New Year’s Eve and I’ve been reflecting, and think I should warn everyone about their service. Also, I think the mechanic and the cashier might have some sort of embezzlement scheme if you pay in cash. They get all excited and after discussion they print you out some sort of different receipt and when your car goes through the wash you get an old and wrinkled receipt from some other wash. Do not bring your car here ever.
