No one was at the counter. I waited 5 minutes for someone to show up: no smile, no apology for the wait. Then I find out that I can't get a breakfast sandwich because they "don't serve breakfast food". The Subway next to it does...
Rude and ignorant service at this rest area. Spent $6 on 2 iced coffees and asked if the clerk she could add a little more milk to the very dark iced coffee. She told me NO! Really- she said that was how I asked for it.? Well after taking a sip it was too strong and needed more milk. Politely asked if she could add more milk. She said No! And gave an attitude! Do t get that at Starbucks
The lady with the long black hair was sooo rude! And then has the audacity to say she was being nice everything i asked she said no! Then gives me an attitude when i ask for a white cup when she should of gave me the right size in the first place! Never again will i come here and if i do i will make sure to ask for someone else! Rude rude rudee! Never have i had someone be as rude as her!
They never came out to take our order. Wow.
The hot chocolate and maybe the others drinks are a robbery, they give you like 1 Oz. less of the cup, then when you ask them, they said that it was the "machine problem" an they can't fix it.
